1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SlotShark ("the Service"), including the Chrome extension, API, and associated infrastructure, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

SlotShark is experimental software that facilitates token trading on the Solana blockchain. The Service builds and submits transactions on your behalf based on your instructions. SlotShark is not a financial advisor, broker, or exchange.

3. Risk Acknowledgment

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. By using SlotShark, you acknowledge that:

  • You may lose some or all of the funds you trade with.
  • Token prices are highly volatile and can go to zero.
  • Transactions on blockchain are irreversible once confirmed.
  • Network congestion, validator behavior, or other factors may cause transactions to fail, land at unfavorable prices, or behave unexpectedly.
  • The software may contain bugs that could result in financial loss.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any particular transaction will succeed or land at a specific price.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotShark and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to: trading losses, failed transactions, exploits, security breaches, or loss of access to funds.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
  • You should only deposit funds you can afford to lose entirely.
  • You are responsible for securing your devices, accounts, and API keys.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not use the Service for market manipulation, fraud, or any illegal activity.

7. Wallet Security

Private keys created or imported into SlotShark are encrypted and stored on our servers. While we use industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM), no system is perfectly secure. We recommend treating SlotShark wallets as hot wallets and keeping only active trading capital in them.

8. Fees

SlotShark charges a fee per trade as displayed on the website. Fees are subject to change. Additionally, Solana network fees (priority fees, tips) are charged by the network and third-party infrastructure providers, not by SlotShark.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
